CASA is a registered Australian charity delivering food relief and social impact programs in Australia and Brazil. We operate an online store and donation system to fund our social mission.

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to deliver our services, process donations and purchases, and run our programs. This may include:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Squarespace Payments or Raisely. CASA does not store full credit card numbers.

  • Survey responses and feedback 

Store and order data

Processing and fulfilment of store orders are handled through Printful, which receives only the data needed for printing and delivery.

Collected through Squarespace, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Ads (even if not yet implemented):

  • Squarespace for website hosting and e-commerce features 

  • Raisely for donation processing and CRM 

  • Stripe and other payment processors for secure payments

These providers are only given the information they need to perform their services and are expected to handle your data securely.

CASA does not sell or rent your personal information.

Some of our service providers, including Printful and Raisely, operate outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas providers protect your information in a way that is consistent with Australian privacy laws.
